What you're feeling IS valid. Don't listen to them. They're wrong.

You are allowed to feel bad. Bad is a normal feeling.
No.
You shouldn't always have to feel bad.
No.
You're allowed to feel ok even among the worst of moments. That doesn't make you a bad person.
No.
It won't always feel this way. It won't it won't it won't.
NO.
STOP. Stop listening to these thoughts. These people. These lies.
Because do you know what? We can be wrong about ourselves sometimes.
How you ask? Surely I am the person who knows myself the most, I am with myself 24/7.
But you're wrong.
Sometimes, we can be so absorbed by the difficult situations we find ourselves in, and the difficult thoughts we find ourselves facing. You can find it hard to see the 'light'. But, that doesn't mean it isn't there.
So say no!
Say no to the thoughts. Because they're wrong and irrelevant and you deserve the truth.
Say no to the people. They don't understand your situation, and that's ok. But they're wrong. So don't value a wrong opinion.

The good is white. The bad is black.
But the world isn't just black and white.
In your head, you think you can see the perfect shade of grey that it is.
But actually, you're grey is darker than the real grey, because you're looking for the worst possible situation.
And the person you trusted, and explained it too? Well, they WANT to see the white, so their grey is a lot lighter than the real grey.
It's only through working together with lots of people, over lots of time, that you'll eventually find the real grey.
What I'm saying is, don't trust somebody else more than you trust yourself. But don't trust yourself fully AT ONE TIME, because events can recently bias us.
So this time, no challenge, other than to hold on, because pain ends.
